APRIL 18 - MAY 19, 2013 Directed by Mark Hauk In the 1930s, an aspiring writer and her beautiful younger sister move from small town Ohio to the “Wonderful Town” of New York City. They meet an array of colorful characters and create chaos at every turn in their search for romance, success and a free meal at Walgreens’ deli. With music by legendary composer Leonard Bernstein and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, this feel-good musical won five Tony Awards when it premiered in 1953.
