Read and discuss excerpts from DOUBT: A PARABLE, the Pulitzer-Prize winning play by John Patrick Shanley. Then see the play at Lakeshore Players, and meet once more to discuss how the page translates to the stage. Set in the turbulent 1960s, the complex play centers around the suspicions of a severely dogmatic nun who accuses a popular priest of having an improper relationship with a male student. Doubt leaves the audience to make up their own minds about this moral mystery. (Note: Mature themes)
